Emily is a leadership coach with broad experience as a senior executive in nonprofits, consulting, trade associations, and the tech industry, managing multi-million dollar organizations for more than 18 years. 

As the executive director of a nonprofit, Emily became a nationally recognized expert in public health and healthcare. She’s been part of the ground floor of multiple startups and helped them achieve massive growth in employees and revenue, managing operations, human resources, finances, and client services. 

Her education began at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she has a masters degree from George Washington University, has completed a fellowship at Johns Hopkins University, and is a graduate of the Georgetown Institute for Transformational Leadership. She holds a Professional Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation.

Emily’s experiences inspired her to help people and organizations make transformational change. She deeply understands the challenges of being a leader and wants to support, challenge, and motivate you to grow personally and help you create a more diverse, energized, and collaborative culture.
